Greeters & General Help

As a greeter, you will be stationed at the entrance of the venue to welcome visitors, guide them as needed, and help create a warm first impression of the event.

You may also be asked to direct invited influencers to a designated booth and to count the number of visitors using a hand clicker provided by the organization.

Depending on onsite needs, general help may also include small support tasks such as putting up a few banners, moving or rearranging tables and chairs, or helping the team with simple adjustments during the event.

Photos, Videos & Social Media

In this role, you will help document the atmosphere of Vegapalooza using your cell phone.

You may take photos and videos of vendors at their booths, visitors, crowd activity, tastings, raffles, onsite activities, and lively moments such as dancing or interactions with the public.

The organization may give you access to the Vegapalooza Instagram account so you can publish a few photos or videos as stories during your volunteer shift. Before the end of your shift, you will be asked to save all photos and videos taken in a Google Drive folder provided by the organization.
